Dystheism is the belief that our gods are not wholly good. Though it is commonly used as an argument against god (positing god as an oppressive force to mankind), in the Otherfaith is deepens our understanding of our deities and helps us understand them from a polytheist framework.

The clearest example of dystheism in the Otherfaith is the Laetha, though each of the Four Gods display behavior that could be called 'bad' or 'evil'.
